Residential Projects

• Long Residence
  • Built 3,000 Santa Fe parapet style room addition in Northwest Tucson
  • Built in 2006 - 2007
  • Added a bathroom, a bedroom, 2 car garage and a workshop area to a 1,100 square foot home as well as an exterior walled off courtyard.
  • Hand carved doors, custom garage doors, cast iron claw foot tub, 10 foot ceilings with exposed wooden posts and beams.
• Owens Residence
  • Built a 1,300 square foot addition and kitchen remodel in East Tucson
  • Built in 2007
  • Converted a carport into a bathroom and family room. Remodeled the kitchen and added a carport in the front of the home. Block walls around the back yard.
• Byrd Residence
  • Built 1,500 square foot home from ground up in the Tucson Mountains
  • Southwestern parapet style home surrounded by block walls and desert landscaping.

• Reinert Residence
  • Built 1800 square foot home in the Tucson Mountains, 7 rooms, 2 car garage
  • Built 2006
  • Custom Cabinets, entire home is ADA compatible, tile floors, pitched tile roof.
• Dunn Residence
  • Built ranch style 4,000 square foot home in Sahuarita
  • Built 2007 - 2008
  • 9 and 10 foot ceilings, jacuzzi style bathtub, fireplace shared by bedroom and bathroom
  • Granite counter tops, stone fireplace veneer, covered porches, tile roofs, arched doorways, tile throughout the home
  • Installed septic system and brought utilities from the property line to the new home.

  • 1,200 square foot remodel in the Sabino Canyon area
